Lucy Switchgear's continual commitment to developing tomorrows engineers has taken a step forward this week. In conjunction with the Engineering Development Trust, we have joined the Community Investor Initiative which is an programme that works with schools to promote STEM subjects (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths) which encourages pupils to study science at a higher level.

We will be arranging a series of visits to the head office and factory in Thame, UK by secondary school students studying for  their GCSE's or A-Level to give an overview of the electrical industry and specifically the part Lucy Switchgear takes.
